Our commitment to an accessible website (WCAG 2.1 AA) and how to reach us if anything is hard to use.
Crème Brûlée Goldens wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard generally used for website accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we do
- Text and buttons have enough color contrast in both light and dark mode.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Images have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- The home page slideshow can be paused, and stops on its own if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Forms have clear labels and error messages, and pages work when zoomed to 200%.
- We check the site regularly with automated accessibility tools and by hand.
Videos and social posts
Some videos are shown from Instagram or YouTube, whose players are run by those companies. If a video or post is hard to use, let us know and we will describe it for you.
